We shall look for the following qualities in our deliberations:
- Outsized desire to achieve big things
- High degree of entrepreneurship
- Hands-on (casual) type who dislikes undeserved protocols (none of that "talk to my secretary" stuff)
- Management capabilities
- Creative; out-of-the-box thinker
- Work experiences, preferably media, advertising, or internet related
- Knowledge breadth, especially in the world of internet and advertising
- Academic achievements
To unlock its monetary value, karir.com is looking to achieve a liquidity event (IPO or otherwise) in 3 to 5 years, at which time internet users in Indonesia are expected to have reached at least 50 million.
